The SC Digital white Hot Melt Adhesive Powder is ideal for various fabrics such as non-treated cotton, silk, polyester, denim, nylon, leather, and 50/50 blends, among others. It is compatible with all DTF and DTG printers available on the market and works with any PET film of any size. The DTF powder should be used in conjunction with a heat press for best results.
Our DTF transfer powder adheres exclusively to the ink, ensuring it doesn’t stick to the film. This feature, combined with excellent bonding properties, prevents clogging in your automatic shaker. Additionally, it offers superior flexibility, making it the perfect choice for high-quality prints.

How to Use Hot Melt Powder and DTF PET Transfer Film:
- Printing the Pattern on DTF PET Film Roll:
Design your patterns using appropriate software and print them onto the printing side of the film in mirror mode using a DTF or DTG printer. Print first with CMYK pigment ink, followed by white DTF textile ink.
- Applying Hot Melt Adhesive Powder:
Evenly sprinkle the DTF transfer powder over the printed pattern either manually or with an automated powder shaker. Ensure to remove any excess powder to avoid sticky around the design.
- Melting the DTF Transfer Adhesive Powder:
Suggested baking temperature and time for the DTF adhesive powder:
Powder Shaker: 125℃ – 150℃
Oven: 115℃ – 160℃ with 100 – 160 seconds
- Transferring the Film to Garment:
Place the film with the printed side down onto the garment.
Heat Temperature: 145℃ – 165℃
Heat Time: 8 – 15 seconds
For special fabrics, adjust the temperature and time according to their melting points.
- Peeling and Repressing:
Peel off the film either hot or cold.
Storage Environment: Ensure relative humidity levels are maintained between 35-65%, and temperature is kept within the range of 10-35°C. The product should be stored in a sealed room and shielded from direct sunlight to maintain its integrity.
