What is UV DTF film A and B?

UV DTF films Roll are distinct components utilized in UV Direct-to-Film printing. Here’s an overview of each:

UV DTF A Film: This film serves as the initial printing medium. It is specifically coated to receive UV DTF inks, allowing detailed designs to be printed on its surface.

UV DTF B Film: Following the printing on A film, this transfer film is laminated onto it. Once the design is transferred from A film to B film, the B film is then applied to the chosen hard substrate. Afterward, the B film is peeled away, leaving the design perfectly adhered to the surface.

By working in tandem, UV DTF A and B films facilitate the production of vivid, high-resolution prints on a wide array of hard substrates, including acrylic, wood, metal, plastic, glass, ceramic, and leather.

How to do UV DTF film (A + B) Prinitng?

UV DTF Film Rolls / Sheets enable you to apply UV prints directly onto hard surfaces.
