What are DTF Transfer Rolls?
From a technical perspective, DTF Transfer Rolls, also referred to as DTF PET Films or DTF Printing Rolls, are specialized sheets made of polyethylene terephthalate (PET). These films are engineered to be used with Direct-to-Film (DTF) printers. They enable the application of DTF textile pigment inks which can be subsequently transferred onto different types of fabrics, such as cotton and polyester, through a heat transfer process.
The process involves printing designs onto the PET film using a DTF printer, applying DTF powder to cover the print, and then curing the powder-coated print before transferring it onto the desired fabric using heat.
