How to use DTF PET film ROLLS?

To utilize this product, you’ll require specific DTF machinery, such as printers designed for DTF printing that operate with DTF inks and utilize a powder adhesive. The printing process involves the DTF printer producing your design in a sequence, beginning with the white ink layer, followed by the CMYK color layers, and concluding with the adhesive layer. Once printed, you will apply the DTF powder to the adhesive layer and ensure any surplus powder is removed. The final step is to use a heat press to transfer the DTF film onto your chosen material, which can be cotton, polyester, or a blend of fabrics.

Design Preparation: Create or import your design using compatible software.
Print the Design: Print your design onto the printing side of the DTF roll film using a DTF digital printer.
Apply DTF Powder: Cover the printed designs with hot melt adhesive powder and shake off the excess.
Cure the powder: Use a powder shaker or oven to melt the adhesive powder.
Prepare the Garment: Pre-press the garment to remove excess moisture and let it cool down. (This step is optional and can be skipped if necessary. )
Transfer the Film: Place the film on the garment with the printed side down and the image facing up. Use a heat press to transfer the image onto the fabric.
Peel the Film: After pressing, peel off the film to reveal the transferred image.
Post-Press Care: Turn the garment inside out and machine wash cold with no bleach or softener, then tumble dry on low.
